Wow, looks like he's going for complete control there. Good company to own if you're a fan of wrestling. Basically puts him in charge of most independent promotions in America. Although, in charge is a bit of a stretch, it's more like owning the governing body so you can say what they can and can't do and you're all over their marketing and materials. Still, a pretty big deal.

So I guess he decided he wanted to give a wrestling company another go. First TNA, which ultimately failed for whatever reason, and now NWA.
