Oi, where was the post for the PPV? You're slacking benjawi!
Anyway, what was the finish to the main event about? Since when is anything off limits in a HIAC match? We've seen Triple H smash people in the face numerous times with a sledgehammer in not just hardcore matches, but in actual HIAC matches, etc yet none of them have ever been called off. Seth uses it on a ladder that's laying on top of Bray and the ref calls off the match? What kind of bullshit is that? It's no wonder the fans booed the shit out of it. And then they show that he wasn't even hurt that much once he was on the stretcher making it look like even more of a bullshit call. Fans had a right to be pissed at it, really. Stupid decision.
The worst part is that WWE have had to clear up the confusion afterwards. You know you've booked it badly when everyone is confused as hell and after the PPV you have to explain that the ref stopped it and it wasn't a DQ. Couldn't have made that clearer for everyone at the PPV?
Wasn't exactly a great PPV either. You'd think that they'd be looking to up their game with AEW on the rise, but no. Funny hearing fans chant for them though. Hopefully gives WWE a kick up the ass, as they clearly need it.

Main Event · 977 commentsI feel like I should add, that although I thought the PPV was terrible, the Lunch vs Banks match was brilliant. Doesn't save the PPV for me though. If the other matches could have got close to that standard, then it would have been a banging PPV. It's almost a shame that it was the first match on the card, as it was all downhill from there.
You know what, I'm not even finished. Hell in a Cell. It's in the fucking name. It's a sad state that we've gotten to refs begging a guy to stop inside a match that was designed to inflict pain, agony and suffering. Feuds are meant to be decided and rivalries end, yet we have a referee telling Rollins that he is being too violent. Remember not long ago in a HIAC match where Orton was putting a screwdriver into Jeff Hardy's earlobe and pulling on it? That wasn't too far, but what Seth did was? It should have been an easy match to book, even if they didn't want to put the title on Bray. He can still lose and look strong. If they really wanted to protect him character though and keep the title on Seth, how about not book this match? That would have been the easiest. Instead, they made Bray look weak as he barely got any offense in compared to Seth. I think that's what I'm more annoyed about, they had a good thing going with this new Bray gimmick and they had him mauled, which takes a bit away from what was special about his character. He could have lost whilst looking an awful lot better than he did here. Piss poor writing on WWEs part to end a poor PPV on a sour note.
And I'm tired and can't be assed with work today. I really need to stop watching these live and get onto them on a Monday after work.

I’m glad I don’t follow the main roster. The last show of theirs I watched was Mania, before that was the Rumble and before that was the Raw after Summerslam last year, and that’s only because I was there for Takeover and found Raw tickets for $20 each. NXT, NXT UK and 205 all the way for me!

Raw writer: Let's address last nights PPV.
Vince: Nah dog, let's just ignore the whole PPV happened and not bother with Seth or Bray. Fans won't care if we coast through one episode of Raw.
Seriously, one of the worst Raws I've watched in a long time. It's a fairly low bar anyway as three hours is a slog, but they've out done themselves.
