PWInsider.com is reporting that earlier today the Judge overseeing the hearing between Hulk Hogan and Gawker in Tampa, FL rejected Gawker’s attempt to have a new trial and refused to reduce the damages that had already been ruled against them. They are on the hook for $140 million after publishing snippets of Hogan’s sex tape.

Hogan also filed another lawsuit last month against Gawker seeking further damages claiming that they leaked the racially sensitive audio material that led to his firing from WWE.
Forbes.com is reporting that Hogan’s lawsuit against Gawker has been secretly bankrolled by Parpal co-founder Peter Thiel. They are reporting that the story is that years ago Gawker tried to publicly our Thiel as gay before he has a chance to publicly disclose his sexuality. Theil apparently saw this as a way of helping Hogan take out a common enemy that they had. Gawker has claimed that if they are forced to pay the Hogan settlement they will go out of business.
We will have more information about Hogan’s battle with Gawker as it comes along.

I haven't really followed this thing that closely. But I wonder how hes gonna pay all that.

Just thought I should post an update here. Not that anyone really cares about this, really don't either 😋 Hogan over comes the odds once again and wins!!!

According to Recode.com, Gawker was back in court today and a judge issued a $140 million final judgment in favor of Hulk Hogan. The verdict in the Gawker case was upheld, and furthermore a permanent injunction was issued earlier this week which prohibited Gawker from posting Hogan’s sex tape video. Additionally, a 4.77% interest rate per year was imposed on the $140 million which is owed to Hogan.
As a result of the past two key decisions in the Hogan vs Gawker case, Gawker Media has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and plans to find a new owner for the company. The Recode article notes Gawker has a “firm bid” from publisher Ziff Davis to buy the company for under $100 million. Ziff Davis operates IGN, AskMen and PCMag.

I can genuinely see him saying "brother" during sex.

What if it starts with him pointing at her saying "what you gonna do when I come all over you, brother?"
Then just says "brother" throughout instead of "oh god".
