Yeah that is a lot of DUIs. One is alot the way it is haha. Yeah, hope he gets better. Can't say I'm shocked though.

Normal people can go to prison for a dui. This is another case of Fame trumping public safety. After the first one he shouldn't have a driver's license and after the second one he should have served jail time. The third and fourth are just a lack of control and consequences. I respect Angle as a wrestler but as a role model for his children he is lacking. I really hope he gets the help he needs because alcohol abuse is no joke.
Since this is a wrestling board, I will say that this puts a damper on the MEM vs. A&E match they have scheduled. I'm interested to see how they get out of it.
Angle needs help. He's only IN TNA because Vince thought that he was going to OD from pain pills and didn't want it to happen on his watch. He needs a lot of help.
He used to be the best overall wrestler in the world... the wrestling, the humor, the character, he was just the shit. he was chris benoit with personality.
I really hope he gets help.
He needs jail time for starters. Any non famous guy would be locked up now surely? Sends a great message to people. Drink and drive and only get a slap on the wrist and a fine. Its no wonder he's done it more than once. No real consequence for it.
Say you've been out drinking, but you've sobered up and you're pretty much sober even though you're still a bit tipsy. And then you drive, does that still count as driving under the influence? Because I did it once (stupid I know), I was sober enough to drive but i think if I did a breath test I would've been locked up.

Yeah, that counts. I've done it too, but there's really no excuse. However sober you think you are, you're not in the right state to judge.

Yeah I wouldn't of done it but we were a long way from home and the guy who's car it was was in no state to drive. I don't even have a licence which makes it worse, but to be honest my driving was fine and I didn't get in any mishaps on the road. I asked this because maybe some of his were like this? You hear about DUIs but rarely hear about how drunk the person actually is/was.

How the mighty have fallen. This really sucks for him. I loved WWE Angle
Former 4CW Champion
4CW Hall of Fame Class of 2019
4CW 2019: Champion/Wrestler/Moment
My 3 funniest Kurt Angle moments:
1. Kurt in the little cowboy hat.
2. The milk-bath.
3. "I just got beat by a 16 year old."

I like when he came out with Triple H and Stephs baby and it was a monkey doll in a pram lol.

All he had to do was call Dixie. He is their golden goose. He got them the legitimacy that they needed. She could have had some one get him. He obviously has a drinking problem. She is just as much accountable for this as Angle is. These promoters act like they have no responsibility for their talent and they just wipe their hands as long as they can still perform. It's messed up to the fullest.

To get caught four times means he was doing it a lot more than four times. This has to have been a regular thing. And he was caught this time because someone actually called the police because his driving was so bad.

You're just lucky nothing really put your reflexes to the test. I've done it too in my younger days, but it's a terrible idea and I won't do it again. It's a 2000 lb hunk of metal, and it moves fast. You have to be on your a game behind the wheel. Just because nothing happened yet doesn't mean nothing ever will. And the only thing worse than a drunk driver is an overconfident drunk driver

Not sure why you quoted me on this post but I totally agree with you. Haha. The fact that he has been busted 4 times in 6 years is scary because you know that if he got caught 4 times, you can only imagine how many times he has been driving drunk and not gotten caught. He is a huge risk to himself, TNA, and the rest of the drivers on the road. I read yesterday that Dixie confirmed he has officially entered rehab. I hope this is real rehab and not famous person rehab.
I'm pretty sure that was at me ha. I'm not saying nothing would ever happen, and I defiantly wouldn't do it when I'm drunk again. But when I've sobered up and have my wits about me I'm in good control, it's stupid and should always be avoided.

Dammit. Yup, quoted the wrong poster. Don't let that detract from what I said
His eyes are always dilated. He has to have issues with pain meds.

Yeah that is one thing I've always noticed is that his eyes look freaking weird all the time.

I'm sure, no matter what he says, he is in constant excruciating pain. Look at the way he walks and stands. It's Hogan-esque. His legs are never straight. It's like he can't lock his knees out anymore. He is a mess. He will eventually be the Muhammad Ali of pro wrestling. The tragic case of a great wrestler that didn't know when to quit or was enabled but greedy promoters. He's going to be permanently crippled when it's all over if he doesn't stop.

After posting about Samoa Joe, which lead to me to watch Angle vs Joe, which lead to finding out Kurt Angle got a DUI and is going to rehab. That's his fourth DUI in 6 years, I dunno if that's a lot tbh though. But best of luck to him.
