That's fixed it! Is there a way to use that as the default, when I previewed the post it jumps back to the original mode.

Not that I know of unfortunately. I have been looking into it though and hopefully will have an answer soon.

Forum has been moved over to a new server now. If anyone had issues on the site yesterday evening, my apologies. It's for the best though as this is a much more stable server than what I was on and I need to get all my sites off the old one.

I'll be working on some changes to the site soon as well.

For those who like a dark background, there's night mode. Can be always on, or just when it's your timezones night time.

That's only a concept by the way, no where near finished. I love the header that Rossman designed so would need to incorporate that into it.

I think the forums need a good update to look a lot more modern, and I want people to look at it and go "wow, that looks lovely" and sign up. The forum doesn't do that right now.

Also doesn't help that the main guy who made this forum software has decided to join forces with someone else to make a totally new forum which is heavily reliant on Javascript and looks more like Google Mail than forum software. The above designs are using a spinoff from this forums software which will continue to get support and fix any security vulnerabilities that get found - which is something major and likely won't happen with the current forum software anymore unless someone else decides to take over the development which is looking unlikely. The spinoff has a lot of support already and the guy behind it has done a lot of work on improving everything, including performance.

Thats my reasons if anyone is wondering.

I like the customisation options and those screens look great. So I'm for the upgrade.

I've edited my screen so it's on night mode since that looks much better. While I like the new layout of the site, I have to say the "day mode" (for lack of a better name) where the background is white looks very clunky and the huge amounts of white space make it confusing to look at.

Can't say enough about how nice it looks in night mode though.

Going to say it, not a fan of what the site looks like now, especially on mobile. I have a feeling I will be visiting even less than I do now.

I've still got things to do on the site, it's not finished yet.

What is it that you don't like about the mobile view?

It does feel much smoother on PC.

On mobile, the big block menus are bulky and take up a lot of space... but it's not unusable.

Is there a way to make the embedded YouTube video's smaller again? They've taken up the whole screen on the new update.

It also says in Luna 1.3.0, center tags are now available, will this work with images too?

Yeah it should work with images. Will sort out the videos - which are now back to being responsive.

EDIT - done, videos are not full width, but still responsive.

I'm getting a 404 error page when I type in the forums URL. The redirected address comes up as http://www.4wforums.com/4wforums/

If I take out the /4wforums/ and try again it goes to the forums.

Everytime I reload the page or go away from it and come back it logs me off. I even have the remember me box checked. It didn't do that just a few days ago. Any idea whats wrong?

Nope. Only thing I can think it could be would be your browser clearing cookies. Saved logins are stored in cookies and when they're cleared it get's rid of your log in. The time limit set on them is for the maximum - not sure what that is, but I've not logged out on my PC for months and not had to log back in on it. Check that your browser isn't clearing cookies every time you quit - there is a setting for this on most browsers.

Also, you may have noticed (how could you not really?) that I've split the forum up a bit into sections, including splitting wrestling into WWE and Other Feds. - I figured that this is a wrestling forum mainly, so needs more than just the one section like everything else.

And everyone remember to share the forum and spread the word.

I love the move back to the forum layout, much better than having everything jumbled.

Is there a way to make new post markers more visible? I can see that there's a [new] beside the latest post in certain forums, but a big orange icon would help.

In the recent activity list, and when you open a forum, there's a grey box with a notification symbol to the left of the topic on new posts. Could make that a different colour if that'd help?
