I remember that nearly happened once. Someone's roommate came on and said that (I don't remember who it was, I know he was a 4CWer though) so and so died. Then, the guy shows up a month later. Turns out he was just away on business or something for a while and his buddy tried to fuck with all of his friends lol

Hi guys... umm i have bad news on my end of things... my relationship of five years is over... i'm beyond devastated and honestly not sure what to do with myself... i wish i could go to bed and never wake up....

So i'm probably going to disappear for a bit and pop in time to time... i need to do some soul searching... the pain i feel is unbearable... i thought she was the one..

Aw no way man... sorry. Been there, so trust me when I say you can get through it. Never thought I'd be happier than I was, and a year later I found my current girlfriend of 7 years who get's me even more than my ex, who I thought got me better than anyone would. It's really tough, but you can get through it.

Play some games, watch some great films... do the things you enjoy and that make you happy. Don't let it consume you.

Oh man, I'm really sorry to hear that Snake.  I'm always available to chat if you need me 🙂. 

Alone time and your own space is always good, but don't hole yourself away.  Keep busy by doing what you enjoy and do things you've always wanted to do but haven't really gotten around to doing yet.

Thanks for caring guys.... this has been extremely hard on me. it reminds me of how i felt when my father passed away.... i try to keep busy and distract myself with things i'd normally love to do... but i just lose focus so easy...

You know someday this might fix itself... maybe we just need time apart... but i can't count on that for sure.

I truly hope things work out for you buddy.... Life may suck at the moment, but it'll get better, eventually. Keep going, be strong. And I do hope things work out between the two of you.

I thought i'd send an update to say i'm not dead.

Its just been tough.. trying to keep my interests up but everything is kinda suffering from this... i was even sent home the other day for the week for seasonal job... boss saw it all over me and said to just go rest. i haven't used any drugs illegal types anyyways.... just don't have the urge much... i usually take adderall because i buy into the idea its a smart drug and i do a lot more while on it... but no i have no urge for it.... i've been drinking a bit every night i cut myself off before i get close to drunk... i'm a dangerous person to myself when i'm in an unstable mood and drunk.. so i guess the moderation is ok cause i can still sit and type this out right now.

guys i do appreciate the well wishes.... many of you guys have been brothers to me for over 10 years now..... even chux should up to support me.... means a lot buddy because i know you don't visit to much let alone post.
some of you guys have new names so i don't know who you are right now.

Ben i appreciate what you had to say.... just right now and for sometime i don't really want to date anyone... i need healing and me and her have spoken about the future this isn't the end all thing but it could be too...i have felt we needed time apart for a while we just haven't been seeing eye to eye much nothing like we use to.... it just sucks cause she won my heart over so fast she is so much fun and so much like me to the point where we talked and said were a lot a like but thankfully we have enough different to love each other.... just stunned really... i know she worries about me still she is keeping tabs and i don't want her out of my life... she didn't cheat on me or anything... she just felt we needed this for now.

Just stopped by to say hi!  Can't tell you how pleased I was to see so many old friends on the user list of the new forums.   Had some great times on the old forums, some awesome through-the-night chats; so much fun.  Great memories.

Very kind of you to say so!  I'm still a huge Rumble mark and love watching them all from 88-2011... but I've outright hated every Rumble since then  🙁
