WWE's next PPV - Money in the Bank - which was scheduled for May 10 in Baltimore, MD has officially been cancelled. WWE haven't confirmed it themselves, but the official website of the venue, Royal Farms Arena, released a statement confirming that the event won't go on as planned and are issuing refunds. They've termed it as a cancellation, but it's possible that WWE could still do it at the Performance Center, in a similar format to WrestleMania. As it stands though, the current state of the PPV is that it's cancelled.

WWE MONEY IN THE BANK PPV *CANCELED* The WWE Money in the Bank event originally scheduled for Sunday, May 10 in Baltimore has been cancelled. Refunds are available at all points of purchase.

As a side... why do Americans spell "cancelled" with one l. Looks weird and is just wrong.

Main Event

I’ve always spelled it with two Ls but I looked it up anyway. And wow you’re right. We apparently favor the one L. I have no idea why!!

WWE’s Money in the Bank PPV on 5/10 is no longer going to be held in Baltimore, MD but is likely going to still take place on that date, except it will be taped at the Performance Center. It’s unclear how the state of Florida’s stay-at-home order is going to affect WWE’s plans to tape shows, but the Observer claims that Vince McMahon will continue to run shows until he is forced/pressured to stop - either by the government or by FOX or NBC Universal.

Of course he is. Surprised that FOX or NBC haven't told him to stop to be honest... UFC tried to press ahead with a PPV with no fans and have been told by ESPN to not press ahead with it. Probably only a matter of time until WWE are told the same.
