Yep, Alan Partridge THE FREAKING MOVIE.

Comes out August 7th, and I can't wait. I've followed Partridge since he started in the early 90's on The Day Today. I've got old cassette tapes from that time, I've got his series on DVD, I watched the specials on Universal, I watched the short shows online, and now there is a film!! Stoked is not the word!!

I remember seeing Steve Coogan on Jonathan Ross and he was talking about the upcoming movie, and I thought it was a brilliant interview, talking about how he sees Alan as an extension of himself like a multiple personality disorder in essence because he has been part of his life for so long... Saying how he can be walking down town and can look at something in a shop window and in his head he would hear what Alan would think about something haha.. That's just great haha...

I have always loved Alan though, remember watching Knowing Me Knowing You and then when his series came out, I couldn't get enough, typing this now I still get an image of a traffic cone coming into my head haha
